DESCRIPTION: The Air Attack Squadron was moved from Santa Barbara Airport to Santa Maria Airport just this summer (2007). They have been busy fighting the Zaca Fire ever since. This pilot maneuvers the air tankers into position for their fire retardant drop zones. This plane is owned by the United States Forest Service. It is a Rockwell 690B Turbo Commander.
